Boutique franchisor, Tribute Brands, has signed a deal with Let’s Go Fitness to open 20 reformer Pilates studios in Switzerland.

Let’s Go Fitness is Switzerland’s third-biggest fitness operator, with more than 65 clubs and backed by French private equity firm, Naxicap Partners. The company has acquired the exclusive rights to develop Tribute Brands’ PILAT3S concept across Switzerland, through both standalone and boutique-in-gym (BIG) formats.

The agreement will see at least 20 standalone PILAT3S studios open over the next five years, alongside additional BIG locations within the Let’s Go Fitness network, bringing the concept to key cities across Switzerland.

The first site is scheduled to open in May, in Lausanne. It will feature a 16-reformer studio and a dedicated certification centre, laying the foundation for the brand’s regional rollout.

“We didn’t want to build just another Pilates concept – we wanted to scale a winning model from day one,” said Jochen Müller, CEO of Let’s Go Fitness. “PILAT3S stood out by solving the industry’s biggest bottlenecks: instructor availability, operational complexity, and cost efficiency. It gives us the ability to move fast, execute at scale, and deliver a consistent premium experience across Switzerland.”

Tribute Brands offers PILAT3S alongside the HIIT concept, TRIB3, and is currently working with TrainMore, Gymbox, Fitness First, Holmes Place and Alliance Leisure UK, across both BIG and standalone studio formats.

Jonathan Fisher, CEO of Tribute Brands, said: “Tribute Brands is delighted to partner with a leading operator such as Let’s Go Fitness. We see huge potential in working with such a dynamic and professional management team to bring the PILAT3S concept to Switzerland.”
