Five studios by Q1 2027, with new locations in Bern and Dübendorf opening in December.
Let’s Go Fitness, the Swiss fitness operator with more than 65 clubs, will open four new PILAT3S studios by the first quarter of 2027. The openings will bring the brand to five locations in Switzerland, making it the country’s second-largest Reformer Pilates brand in a market where most brands operate three to four studios.
Backed by French private equity firm Naxicap Partners, Let’s Go Fitness acquired the exclusive rights to develop PILAT3S across Switzerland in March 2026, with at least 20 studios scheduled to open over five years. The first studio opened in May on Rue Marterey in Lausanne, with 16 Reformers and a dedicated certification centre to support the regional rollout. Rather than waiting for each studio’s construction to finish before training a team, Let’s Go Fitness can certify instructors through the PILAT3S Academy on an ongoing basis, in parallel with each fit-out.
Building on the Lausanne launch, two studios will open in December at Wankdorf-Bern and in Dübendorf-Zurich. Both are located within existing Let’s Go Fitness properties whilst being open to the public, enabling a faster expansion while bringing PILAT3S to both club members and new audiences. Two more studios in and around Lausanne-, will follow in the New Year, in Grancy and La Croix.
“We didn’t want to build just another Pilates concept – we wanted to scale a winning model from day one. PILAT3S stood out by solving the industry’s biggest bottlenecks: instructor availability, operational complexity, and cost efficiency. It gives us the ability to move fast, execute at scale, and deliver a consistent premium experience across Switzerland,” said Jochen Müller, CEO of Let’s Go Fitness, earlier this year.
PILAT3S is designed to remove many of the barriers operators and entrepreneurs face when opening and scaling Reformer Pilates. Programming, music and lighting are centrally curated and distributed, while the Routine Display screens support instructors and clients throughout the class. This ensures a consistent experience in every location and leaves instructors free to give personalised, hands-on attention.
“We are very pleased with the progress of our partnership with Let’s Go Fitness. The Lausanne launch has shown how well our concept performs across regions. With four more studios in the pipeline, PILAT3S will establish a significant presence in the Swiss Reformer Pilates market,” said Jonathan Fisher, CEO of Tribute Brands.
With the December openings, Tribute Brands is on track to reach 100 studios worldwide.
