The European fitness landscape continues to evolve – and Tribute Brands kicks off Q1 with strong momentum, expanding into key cities with standalone studios formats.
With the European fitness market valued at over €11B in 2025 and projected to grow at approx. 8% annually through 2033, demand for specialised, experience-led concepts continues to increase. Among these, Reformer Pilates stands out as one of the fastest-growing modalities in the industry.
Standalone PILAT3S Studios Launch in the UK
Following the successful rollout of the PILAT3S Boutique-in-Gyms (B.I.G.s) locations in London, Tribute Brands has now signed its first two standalone PILAT3S studios in the UK.
The first studio is expected to open in Q3, with the second location to follow shortly after – marking the next phase of expansion for the concept in the market.
This milestone reflects the strong financial performance of the PILAT3S model, with studios typically reaching breakeven within three to six months and achieving full payback in 24-36 months. The concept continues to demonstrate how premium fitness experience can be paired with a solid, robust and scalable business model.
Exclusive Area Development in Switzerland
PILAT3S recently reached a major milestone by signing an Exclusive Area Development (EAD) agreement with Let’s Go Fitness, Switzerland’s third-largest fitness operator, which acquired the exclusive rights to develop PILAT3S across the country through both standalone and B.I.G. formats.
The agreement will see at least 20 standalone PILAT3S studios open over the next five years, bringing the concept to key cities across Switzerland. The first location, scheduled to open in May on Rue Marterey in Lausanne, will feature a 16-Reformer studio and a dedicated certification centre, laying the foundation for the brand’s regional rollout.
A Shift in the Fitness Industry
The Reformer Pilates boom is already reshaping fitness spaces across markets.
In cities like London, several former squash courts are now being converted into Reformer Pilates studios – a clear signal that this is not a passing trend, but a structural shift within the industry.

During the build phase, franchisees work with architects and contractors while our team remains closely involved, ensuring every studio reflects the brand’s premium standards.
