Reformer Pilates Practices are Gaining More Momentum

More Reformer Pilates studios and classes continue to flood the fitness landscape. Boutique fitness is growing in popularity, and the dynamics between fitness centres, entrepreneurs, and franchisors alike are beginning to change. Here’s what it could mean for you.

54 New Contracts. 68 Studios. More Coming Soon.

Entering Q3, our global network includes 68 operating TRIB3 and PILAT3S studios throughout the UK, the Netherlands, Spain, Portugal and more. We have also reached a significant milestone for PILAT3S, with the network now comprising 50 studios – 41 already operating and a further 9 in pre-sell stages. This milestone reflects the brand’s continued growth and reinforces the growing demand for users and business-owners alike.

The consistent rise in demand for Reformer Pilates can be attributed to several key factors and shifts that have taken place across the fitness landscape, starting with the wellness and fitness convergence. Consumers are increasingly seeking integrated experiences that combine performance, balance, recovery, and overall wellbeing in a single concept.

Over the last 3 consecutive years, Pilates has been the most-booked workout with 66% YoY growth in 2025, according to ClassPass. Based on a survey done by McKinsey & Company, more Gen-Zers and Millennials are now treating wellness as a non-negotiable, daily, and personalised practice. These practices have become a staple in life for many people rather than just an occasional activity or commitment.

Global Wellness Institute projected the wellness market at €6.7 trillion in 2025 with 9.9% CAGR. Alongside this growth, greater focus has been placed on preventative health, with consumers increasingly seeking fitness and wellness experiences that support long-term wellbeing rather than reactive care or treating symptoms after they’ve occurred. At Tribute Brands, our mission is to make premium fitness concepts accessible to both consumers and entrepreneurs. Through proven franchise models, we empower investors to grow and own impactful businesses that meet these evolving consumer demands.

The Impact of Our Boutique-In-Gym Model

As the demand for Reformer Pilates grows, our Boutique-In-Gym model continues to validate itself across multiple operators. Partners like FitnessFirst and GymBox are seeing 80%-90% occupancy, 15%-20% penetration of membership, and an impressive 70%-100% ROCE as consumers continue to look to combine fitness and wellness modalities into one destination.

While the fitness landscape continues to evolve, we’re keeping an eye on the trends that ebb and flow. If you’re interested in learning more about Tribute Brands, TRIB3 or PILAT3S franchising, reach out and book a Discovery Call with a member of our team.
