Franchised reformer brand, PILAT3S, has opened its first standalone London studio in Putney, introducing a small-group personal training format designed to broaden the appeal of reformer Pilates while accelerating the brand’s expansion.
The 17-reformer studio is the first UK franchise to introduce PILAT3S Personal Training – a small-group training concept for up to three participants. Designed to complement the group class offering, the service provides a more personalised experience for first-time clients, members returning from injury and those looking to refine their technique before progressing into larger classes.
The studio clocked 300 visits during its first week of operation.
Founding memberships start at £80 a month for four classes, rising to £150 for eight classes and £180 for 12 classes. Hybrid Elevate memberships, which combine reformer classes with one personal training session each month, are priced at £120, £190 and £220 respectively. The studio also offers an introductory three-class pack for £50, five- and 10-class packs priced at £150 and £280, and personal training packages ranging from £70 for a single session to £600 for 10 sessions.
Carly Dean, the PILAT3S Putney franchise owner, says: “Having seen the success of boutique-in-gym studios here in the UK, I believe London is a prime location for this standalone concept.”
Tribute Brands now operates 70 studios across its network and expects to surpass the 100-studio mark before the end of 2026. A further 11 studio openings are scheduled this month.
The brand’s franchise model is designed to address many of the operational challenges associated with scaling boutique fitness concepts by using centralised programming, music and lighting, and a consistent class experience.
The PILAT3S Academy recruits, certifies and upskills instructors using the brand’s proprietary methodology.
International expansion continues next month with the opening of the first PILAT3S studio in Dubai. Located within The Arkhe Club, a new wellness and performance club on Dubai Marina, the Boutique-in-Gym studio will feature 13 reformers.
Tribute Brands’ CEO, Jonathan Fisher, is one of the speakers at this year’s all keynote HCM Summit in London on 22 October. Tickets are available now.
