Holmes Place Portugal, as the exclusive area developer of the region, holds the rights
to expand the PILAT3S franchise across the entire country. The group currently
operates four PILAT3S and one TRIB3 studio in Portugal with exciting expansion plans
in the horizon.

PILAT3S Douro Foz, the group’s first standalone studio, quickly established itself as a
success story and set a clear benchmark for future openings. Equipped with 16
Reformer beds, the studio reflects the growing demand for Pilates, now one of the most
sought-after and fastest-rising disciplines in the fitness landscape. This strong
performance led to the opening of the latest PILAT3S standalone, Palácio Sotto-Mayor, with eleven Reformer beds. Building on this momentum, the brand is preparing
for further growth with the upcoming openings of PILAT3S Avenidas Novas, PILAT3S
Estoril, and PILAT3S Infante Santo, among others.

Beyond standalone locations, the Boutique-in-Gym (B.I.G.) model has been
successfully rolled out across three Holmes Place clubs: including PILAT3S in Gaia,
and Cascais, and a TRIB3 studio integrated into Holmes Place Oeiras. Each space is
carefully curated to deliver an immersive, dynamic and premium experience for
members.

This initial rollout has generated strong enthusiasm from members across the group,
reinforcing confidence in the expansion strategy, with further studio openings planned
across key Holmes Place locations. “The introduction of the PILAT3S and TRIB3
Boutique-in-Gym studios sparked immediate interest and excitement among our
existing members” says Marco Graça, Holmes Place Portugal’s Product Manager.

Building on this response, the group’s expansion strategy remains firmly on track.
Looking ahead, Holmes Place plans to open 20 additional PILAT3S and TRIB3 studios
by the end of 2027. Graça adds: “Each opening reflects the growing interest in
technology-enhanced fitness experiences like PILAT3S and TRIB, and it keeps us
motivated to continue to raise the bar.”
