Fitness operators across Europe are increasingly recognising the growing demand for boutique experiences. In response, Tribute Brands continues to see strong momentum as entrepreneurs and gym operators adopt both PILAT3S standalone and Boutique-in-Gym (B.I.G.) models into their portfolios – elevating their member offerings and developing new profit streams.
Let’s Go Fitness (Switzerland) recently celebrated its first PILAT3S franchise for a standalone studio in Lausanne, marking a significant milestone, introducing the PILAT3S brand to the Swiss market.
PILAT3S’ first opening in Austria late November will be as a B.I.G. with Holmes Place Hütteldorf adding a premium, specialised Reformer Pilates experience to its existing member offering for additional payment.
In the Netherlands, TrainMore is pushing ahead with additional locations featuring the PILAT3S brand, while Gymbox in London rolls out its development pipeline with new PILAT3S studios in its Victoria and Farringdon clubs. Building on this momentum in London, Fitness First has also confirmed the launch of an additional boutique-in-gym site – its second in-club PILAT3S location following the success of PILAT3S within London Bridge Cottons.
Kore Sandwell (formerly Sandwell Lesiure Trust) is the first UK leisure centre operator to introduce a PILAT3S B.I.G. at Wednesbury Leisure Centre in early 2026, further demonstrating the model’s versatility and its ability to integrate across a wide range of operator types and sectors.
Collectively, these developments reflect a clear industry shift: fitness operators of all sizes and audiences are adopting boutique concepts to meet evolving member expectations, diversify their offerings and strengthen their overall value proposition.
