Advisory Board

ALLAN FISHER

Allan is a founding figure in the modern health club industry, establishing Holmes Place in 1980 and expanding it to 100+ clubs across Europe. He is now Chairman of Holmes Place and a Board Director of Tribute Brands. An MBA graduate of Columbia University, Allan is recognised as an industry veteran and continues to be a dynamic entrepreneur with a passion for health and lifestyle.

JONATHAN FISHER

With 30+ years in health and fitness, Jonathan has led the opening and acquisition of 100+ clubs across Europe. Beginning with Holmes Place in 1997, he drove growth through acquisitions and new brand launches including EVO Europe and TRIB3. In 2024, he became CEO of Tribute Brands, launching PILAT3S and leading its global expansion.

JORDY KOOL

Jordy is Chairman of the fast-growing Urban Gym Group (UGG), former CEO of Infotheek Group and founder of the IT4Kids Foundation. An investor and entrepreneur with 30 years of experience scaling companies in IT, media, and fitness, he acquired TRIB3 masterfranchise rights in the Benelux and serves as a Non-Executive Director of Tribute Brands.

MARJOLIJN MEIJER

Marjolijn is Vice Chairman of Urban Gym Group (UGG), operator of Train More, Clubsportive, Renessence, and BTY CLB, and co-founder of Clubsportiveand Train More. She also serves on the Advisory Board ofTribute Brands and on the board of the Train More Foundation. With abackground in education, she is recognised for her expertise in changemanagement, culture, and talent development.

ROB BARKER

Rob is an internationally recognised executive in the fitness, health, and sports industries. Former global CEO of Precor Inc. and long-time Amer Sports Board member, he is now a shareholder and advisor to Holmes Place Portugal, Tribute Brands, as well as Special Projects Leader and shareholder at Munich-based
fitness technology company, EGYM. A Nottingham Trent Sport graduate, he is a former competitive rower and active Ironman triathlete.

XAVIER GILABERT

Xavi is CEO of Holmes Place Central Europe, President of TRIB3 Spain, and he is an advisor to Tribute Brands, supporting its international growth. A graduate of ESADE Business & Law School with a Master’s in business, he brings strong expertise in finance and strategy. Known for combining financial acumen with a passion for wellness, Xavi is a respected leader in the European fitness industry.
