What is PILAT3S?
PILAT3S is a Dynamic Reformer Pilates concept that modernises traditional Pilates into a dynamic, engaging and accessible fitness experience. Designed to support both physical and mental wellbeing, PILAT3S blends fitness and style in every class. Each 50-minute class – Align, Tone and Power – combine dynamic methodology with a tech-enhanced, multi-sensory approach, including: enhanced curated playlists, a central jukebox system (controlling lighting, music, routines and video), and in-studio screens displaying exercise demonstrations.

TRIB3 is a boutique HIIT fitness studio redefining High Intensity Interval Training by making it accessible, inclusive and enjoyable.
With a mission to bring people together through next-level workout experiences – TRIB3 combines strength and conditioning training, heart-rate tracking and a unique journey of personal progression across three zones – Treadmills, Resistance and Intensity (TRI) – all led by expert coaches.
Passionate about building strong communities, TRIB3 challenges its TRIB3Rs (members) to be in the SWEAT Zone, earn their SWEAT Medal and celebrate their progress and milestones together.
What is the background of the PILAT3S and TRIB3 brands?
TRIB3 was founded in the UK with a mission to bring people together through high-intensity group training, delivered in an immersive and community-driven environment. The concept later evolved into a fully scalable franchise model, enhanced by integrated in-studio technology that ensures operational efficiency and consistent quality across every location.
PILAT3S launched in Portugal in 2024 in response to the growing demand for Dynamic Reformer Pilates. Building on the TRIB3 framework, Tribute Brands combined the tools and resources with a dynamic methodology to create a truly engaging and inclusive Reformer experience. Enhanced by the routine display – an on-screen visual that demonstrates each exercise in real time, ensuring class consistency and quality, while allowing instructors to focus on the client.
Through TRIB3 and PILAT3S, Tribute Brands showcase its expertise in blending innovative fitness concepts with scalable technology and robust operational systems, positioning both brands for successful international franchise expansion.
What franchise models are available for PILAT3S and TRIB3?
PILAT3S and TRIB3 offer two franchise models designed to meet different needs and investment goals:
1. Standalone Model Own your studio and deliver the full brand experience – ideal for entrepreneurs looking to invest in a proven fitness concept. This model features a dedicated boutique, including a branded reception, changing rooms and our uniquely designed studio spaces.
2. B.I.G. (Boutique-In-Gym) Model Integrate one of our concepts into an existing gym – all you need is studio space. Whether you’re a health club operator or a hospitality brand, this model allows you to enhance your offering with one of our brands.
What are the different options available within the Standalone and B.I.G. franchise models?
Depending on your investment goals and growth plans, each franchise model can be structured in different ways to suit your needs:
1. Standalone Model
• Single Unit (Pure Standalone): One standalone studio.
• Exclusive Area Development: Secure exclusive rights to open multiple PILAT3S or TRIB3 studios within a specific city or region.
• Multi-Site: Own multiple franchised locations with shared resources and operational efficiencies.
• Master Franchise: Obtain exclusive rights to develop PILAT3S or TRIB3 across an entire region or country.
2. B.I.G. (Boutique-In-Gym) Model
• Single-Site: A single franchise location operated by an independent franchisee.

What does becoming a Tribute Brands franchisee entail?
The journey from initial enquiry to becoming a franchisee typically includes:
1. Initial Meeting – an introductory conversation to get to know the brand, understand the concept and align expectations.
2. Discovery Event – an in-depth session to explore the business model, franchise structure and support we provide.
3. NDA (if applicable) – a confidentiality agreement to protect detailed business information.
4. Franchise Agreement – signing the contract to formalise the partnership.
5. Onboarding & Launch – beginning the onboarding process, training and preparing for a successful studio opening.
What is a Franchise Partner?
A Franchise Partner is the term we use once someone has officially signed and onboarded into Tribute’s network. While it is effectively the same as a franchisee, the term emphasizes the collaborative nature of the relationship, highlighting that they are an active partner in delivering the brand experience.
Do I need to have a background in fitness or business to qualify?
Owning a PILAT3S or TRIB3 franchise doesn’t require any prior qualification or experience. We provide training and support to help you manage and grow your studio – from setting it up to recruiting and training your team. What really matters are personal traits and behaviours you bring to the business – motivation, a proactive mindset and a real commitment to giving clients an exceptional experience – are essential.
Financially, you’ll need between around €100,000 to €150,000 in available liquidity for a Standalone studio. The total investment will vary from €225,000 – €275,000 for PILAT3S and €325,000 to €375,000 for a TRIB3 studio, depending on property condition and the fit-out works.
For the Boutique-in-Gym model, the total investment required is between €80,000 to €120,000.

What is the initial financial investment required to open a franchise unit?
The initial investment depends on the brand and business model you choose:
• The Standalone Model – own your studio and deliver the full brand experience – changing rooms, reception space etc – It’s perfect for entrepreneurs who want to invest in a proven fitness concept and operate it independently.
• The B.I.G. (Boutique-In-Gym) Model – integrate one of our concepts into an existing gym or wellness space. It’s an excellent fit for health club operators or hospitality brands looking to enhance their current offering with a boutique fitness experience.
For PILAT3S, the total investment ranges between €225,000 – €275,000, while for TRIB3, the range is €325,000 – €375,000.
When joining our network, an initial payment is made upon signing the contract – €40,000 for the Standalone model and €10,000 for the Boutique-In-Gym model – which is then later deducted from the total investment.
That said, all values are subject to change according to market conditions.
Are there any ongoing fees associated with running the franchise?
Yes, there are monthly fees associated with operating a franchise. These ensure continuous access to our brand, systems, digital platforms and operational support:
• Royalties: 8% for the Standalone model and €2,000 for the B.I.G. (Boutique-In-Gym) model.
• Tech Fee: €1,295 for the Standalone model and €500 for the B.I.G. model.
These fees contribute to the high-quality service, innovation and the ongoing development of our technology and brand network.Does Tribute Brands assist with site selection and studio design?
We work closely with franchisees on site selection and studio design. Partners are asked to present one or more potential locations, which our team visits, evaluate and review prior to approval, ensuring concept viability.
As per studio design, we provide the concept design, including layout, aesthetics, branding and operational flow. Franchisees are responsible for hiring an architect to create the official architectural plans and a contractor to build/fit-out the studio, according to the provided specifications. Tribute Brands supports and guides this process to ensure the final build aligns with the brand’s standards.
What is the exclusive territory granted to each franchisee?
Each franchise is granted an exclusive territory to ensure there is no competition from another studio of the same brand within the immediate area.
This territorial protection is designed to safeguard your investment, ensuring that franchisees can grow their business with confidence.
The protected radius is:• TRIB3: 1000 meters
• PILAT3S: 500 metersHow long does it take to open a studio from signing to launch?
The timeline for opening a Tribute Brands studio largely depends on the franchisee’s speed and commitment. Several factors influence this timeline, including but not limited to:
• Selecting and leasing the right location;
• Securing funding and leasing options for the equipment;
• Obtaining necessary city permits and licenses;
• Implementing the design and layout according to Tribute Brands’
guidelines;• Completing renovation or construction work (often the most time-consuming step);
• Preparing all operational and marketing activities for your opening.
While the exact timeframe varies by market and specific circumstances, on average it takes around 6-months from contract signing to studio launch.Do you work with exclusive suppliers?
Yes, Tribute Brands works with exclusive suppliers across both concepts, including the studio equipment and the Jukebox systems. All exclusive suppliers are listed in our Operations Manuals.
For other products or services, franchisees source their own local suppliers, provided that the choice is communicated to and approved by the central headquarters, ensuring consistency and quality across the network.
What kind of training and support do you offer to new franchisees before and after the opening?
When a franchisee joins Tribute Brands, the investment covers far more than just the rights to operate under our brand. It includes full access to the tools, systems and support needed to open and manage a successful studio.
From the start, franchisees are guided through an onboarding process that includes training, operational setup, marketing support and tech integration.
1. Training and Onboarding
Franchisees and their teams receive comprehensive training, including instructor training, system tutorials and business management guidance. Our onboarding process is designed to ensure operators feel confident and equipped to open their studio doors.
2. Technology and Content Systems
Each studio is equipped with our proprietary Jukebox system, which controls and updates the music, lighting, video, class programming – and for TRIB3, the heart rate system. This ensures that every class has a consistent, high-quality, immersive feel – all managed from a central platform.
3. Marketing and CRM Support
Franchisees gain access to our centralised CRM and marketing automation tools, which include pre-built customer journeys, communication templates and marketing sequences. Helping operators launch their business quickly, attract new members efficiently and retain them through ongoing engagement campaigns.
4. Brand and Creative Assets
Partners receive access to a full library of brand materials – logos, photography, video content, social media templates and campaign assets – ensuring all local marketing aligns with the identity of – either TRIB3 or PILAT3S.
5. Territorial Exclusivity
Franchisees are granted territorial exclusivity, giving them protection within a defined area. This allows each operator to develop and grow their local market without competing with other franchisees in the same area.
6. Ongoing Support and Development
Our team continues to provide operational, marketing and technical support post-launch. We regularly update class programming, visual content and marketing campaigns, so that studios always benefit from the latest developments in the network.

Do you offer marketing and promotional support to franchisees?
Yes, we provide comprehensive marketing and promotional support to all franchisees, to help them grow their business and engage their community. This includes:

We also provide franchisees with templates and tools to conduct their own internal audits, empowering them to maintain high standards day-to-day and identify areas for improvement proactively.
In addition, our team conducts annual compliance audits across all locations, ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience for every user worldwide.
What are the day-to-day responsibilities of a franchisee?
Day-to-day of a franchisee includes overseeing or managing the smooth running of their studio – either directly, or through a Studio Manager. This includes: managing studio operations, commercial sales, audits, and timetables and ROTAs, while also ensuring every client feels welcomed and enjoys an exceptional experience.
Partners lead their team, support and supervise instructors, ensuring smooth class delivery. They also manage local marketing, community growth and oversee the studio’s finances – budgets, revenue and performance.
In short, day-to-day combines leadership and management, a focus on customer service and smart use of our systems to run a successful studio.
What are the typical returns or profitability expectations?
For Tribute Brands studios, breakeven typically occurs between 3-and- 6-months, depending on location, market and concept. A traditional payback is generally achieved within 24 to 36 months.
These figures vary based on each studio’s size, local market, pricing strategy and operational efficiency. A more precise projection will be provided once a specific business plan is developed for the individual studio, including detailed financial modelling tailored to the territory and concept chosen.

Tribute Brands grants exclusive rights to certain Partners to develop PILAT3S or TRIB3 across specific regions through Master Franchise or Area Developer agreements.
